Dr. Glenn Roquemore

CEO/Founder of Roquemore Higher Education Consultants, LLC.

Dr. Roquemore is a passionate educator with a 30-year career dedicated to advancing student learning through exemplary teaching, integrated support services, effective stewardship, and sustained accessibility in a diverse community. He is an executive leader, President Emeritus of Irvine Valley College (IVC), and well respected for establishing budgets and orchestrating financial management in a transparent, collaborative manner, welcoming open dialogue among constituent groups, faculty, and staff.

Dr. Roquemore has held full and part-time faculty positions at the University of California at Irvine (Engineering), CSU Long Beach (Geological Engineering), Santa Ana College, Santiago Canyon College, and IVC. At IVC, Dr. Roquemore served as a tenured faculty member and was the Chair of the School of Physical Sciences and Technologies. In addition, he served as Dean, Vice President, and President for 18 years. Recently, Dr. Roquemore served as Chancellor/President of California Southern University and is now CEO/Founder of Roquemore Higher Education Consultants, LLC.

Before his career in education, Dr. Roquemore was a Geologist/Geophysicist at the Naval Weapons Center (NWC) China Lake and Head of the Applied Geoscience Research Office, Research Department. He conducted research in seismology, active faulting, and active volcanism, to measure potential impacts on Naval Facilities around the globe. Dr. Roquemore also supported Air Test and Evaluation through geophysical and engineering technologies. Receiving training at MCAS El Toro, he was certified “back seat” in the TA-4 Skyhawk and the TA-7 Corsair.
