The “Hall of Heroes”  featuring Marine aviators who have been awarded the Medal of Honor is one of the most popular displays at the Flying Leatherneck Aviation Museum.  The Medal of Honor is the nation’s most prestigious military decoration.

Artist Alvis Grant painted the portraits on display.  He was an original resident of Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch and served as a Marine in the Pacific Theater during World War II.  In this podcast we answer frequently asked questions about the artist.
